The White Hart is run by The Local Pub Trading Company, with Lynda Saint as the hands on Managing Director. Sarah Bradshaw is our Bar Manager and Sam Buckett the main man in the kitchen.
We are ably supported by a team of talented chaps and chapesses who help out both in the kitchen and on the bar. Bob is the house dog. He was rescued from life as a stray and the picture is of him with Dot, the product of his straying.

Sarah is also a veteran of the businss, having cut her teeth in the David Lloyd Leisure clubs before joining Lynda at The Lindsey Red Rose, then Crabtrees in Hadleigh.

Most recently she was at Hintlesham Golf CLub, where not only did she keep a great pint, but also built up a formidable handicap as Lady Captain.

Her cellar skills are impeccable, as is her welcome. With Sarah behind the bar, you are in safe hands.
