The White Hart is run by The Local Pub Trading Company, with Lynda Saint as the hands on Managing Director. Sarah Bradshaw is our Bar Manager and Sam Buckett the main man in the kitchen.
We are ably supported by a team of talented chaps and chapesses who help out both in the kitchen and on the bar. Bob is the house dog. He was rescued from life as a stray and the picture is of him with Dot, the product of his straying.

Sam, our chef, is passionate about food; he supported himself through his degree in Film Studies and Philosophy by working in various pub kitchens and was then pursuaded to put these skills to use by coming here as full time head chef.

And it is always nice to know that your meal not only looks and tastes good, but deep thought has gone into its preparation. I eat therefore I am.
