Lynda has a wealth of experience in all aspects of food and hospitality, most notably Saints Cafe in London and The Red Rose pub in Lindsey.
Previous lives have found her running corporate apartments in Paris, cooking for shooting and horse racing parties, struggling to feed machanics in the Pit Lane at Silverstone and Pop Stars in a recording studio in Wiltshire.
She loves a challenge - try feeding 120 school kids, plus staff, at a field studies centre up a mountain in central France - and can be relied upon to make things that little bit special. |
